You are invited to an exclusive Sequoia Grove Wine Dinner with Winemaker Jesse Fox on Monday, July 20th. Enjoy a four-course dinner thoughtfully paired with a stunning lineup of wines from Sequoia Grove, featuring their acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon and more.

A special highlight of the evening will be the opportunity to meet Jesse Fox, who brings nearly two decades of Napa Valley winemaking expertise, including time at Harlan Estates and culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu and The French Laundry. Jesse will be on hand to share insights into his winemaking philosophy of balance and how these wines pair beautifully with the evening’s menu.

1st Course

Butter Lettuce, Fennel & Peach Salad with Fresh Burrata, Balsamic Reduction and a Kauai Nectar Honey Drizzle

Paired with Sequoia Grove Sauvignon Blanc 2025

2nd Course

Crab Cakes with a Honey Wasabi Beurre Blanc, Frisée and Korean Pear Slaw 

Paired with Sequoia Grove Chardonnay 2022

3rd Course

Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Cherry and Cabernet Reduction, Wild Mushroom Farro and Sautéed Heirloom Carrots, Zucchini and Squash Ribbons 

Paired with Sequoia Grove Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

4th Course

Bittersweet Chocolate Torte with Salted Caramel & Espresso Whip

Paired with Grove Tonella Estate Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
